Job description

• Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensure the CFO's availability.

• Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations for CFO's meetings and appointments.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations, and audiovisual equipment setup.

• Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the CFO.

• Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CFO as needed.

• Proactively follow up with various stakeholders to ensure that CFO requests are being complied with and will be delivered within expected timelines.

• Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CFO, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

• Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements align with the CFO's schedule and preferences.

• Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and maintaining filing systems.

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO, including research and data analysis tasks.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, excel dashboards, reports, etc based on the given data.


Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

•4 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity software.

•Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional relationships.

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.

•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours as needed to support the CFO's schedule.
