​Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in an extensive training program covering fundamental principles of finance, accounting, and financial analysis.

• Assist in financial reporting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

• Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and assist in budgeting and planning processes.

• Learn and utilize financial software and tools to perform data analysis and generate reports.

• Gain exposure to different areas of finance such as corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a strong academic record.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in finance.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
