​Key Responsibilities:

● Manage tax administration, bookkeeping, and financial records for Saudi Arabia, UAE,

and Uzbekistan, including inter-company account management.

● Maintain supplier and debtor records.

● Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements.

● Liaise with external auditors for annual audits.

● Oversee outsourced bookkeeping for Uzbekistan including in-country tax and legislation compliance.

● Ensure compliance with financial regulations in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Uzbekistan.

● Capture financial information into the accounting system accurately and timely.

● Administer petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.

● Liaise with banking organizations in all countries and manage payments and relationships.

● Handle Saudi Arabia processing and booking functions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

● Fluent in Russian.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and administration roles.

● Experience with cross-border financial transactions.

● Strong understanding of financial regulations in the Middle East and Central Asia.

● Experience with ERP software systems
