Job description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Coordination:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
Visa Services:
Manage the end-to-end visa application process for employees, including gathering required documentation, completing forms, and liaising with immigration authorities.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa-related inquiries and processes.
Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and communicate relevant updates to the HR team and employees.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain HR and visa-related documentation, reports, and records.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and visa-related questions and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and visa service best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on visa services.
In-depth knowledge of visa and immigration processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment is a plus.
