Job description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Coordination:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.

Visa Services:

  • Manage the end-to-end visa application process for employees, including gathering required documentation, completing forms, and liaising with immigration authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa-related inquiries and processes.

  • Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and communicate relevant updates to the HR team and employees.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain HR and visa-related documentation, reports, and records.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Employee Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and visa-related questions and concerns.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and visa service best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on visa services.

  • In-depth knowledge of visa and immigration processes and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment is a plus.
