Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the MEP team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Design & Planning: Oversee the design and planning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
Coordination: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project.
Construction Management: Manage the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and control project budgets to prevent overruns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related matters, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Compliance: Ensure all activities meet local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee high performance and reliability of MEP systems.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the MEP team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in MEP project management, with a strong background in large-scale construction projects, particularly stadiums.
Previous experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
