Job description
Responsibilities:
Deal Origination and Sourcing:
Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities through proactive deal sourcing, market research, and networking.
Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify target companies and assess strategic fit.
Financial Analysis and Valuation:
Conduct financial analysis and valuation of target companies, utilizing methodologies such as discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
Prepare detailed financial models, investment memos, and presentation materials to support M&A decision-making and negotiations.
Due Diligence and Transaction Execution:
Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing legal and financial documents, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
Lead transaction execution activities, including drafting transaction documents, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing deal timelines and milestones.
Integration Planning and Execution:
Develop integration plans and strategies to ensure seamless integration of acquired companies and realization of synergies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integration plans, including HR, IT, finance, and operations.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders throughout the M&A process, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams, external advisors, and third-party service providers.
Strategic Advisory Services:
Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior management and corporate leadership on M&A opportunities, market trends, and industry developments.
Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and risk analyses to support decision-making processes and inform strategic direction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
Expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
Proven ability to manage complex transactions from inception to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills.
