Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient back-office support to ensure smooth operations.

  • Generate and manage invoices accurately and on time.

  • Process purchase orders and maintain records of transactions.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
